Home Staging
Home Staging is all about first impressions. It is all about letting
the home buyers imagine themselves in your home.
Home Staging is all about making your home appealing to as many
potential home buyers as possible. This unique, redesign and
redecorating will enhance the visual appearance by updating, and
adding accents to the main living areas of your home.
Services
Consultation
We will take a tour of the home with the Homeowner and or with the Realtor for
about 60 - 90 minutes. We will give recommendations as what to move,remove or
keep for the inside and outside. We will also give recommendations for any
painting or renovating (if needed) . There will be a flat fee based upon the size of
the property.
Preparation
Renovating, Cleaning, Painting, all of this can be done by the homeowner
or by our Licensed Contractor( His fees are separate)
Staging
The placement or rearrangement of your furniture and accessories and including
our Furniture and Accessories(if needed) and the redecorating.
Vacant Homes
We will concentrate on the main living areas such as, living room, family room,
dining room and master bedroom. We will have an option of renting furniture
or working with our own inventory. This fee will be based upon the size and the
number of rooms, and how much time is actually spent on the actual staging
process.
Staging to Live
Not everyone is selling their homes, some just need a little rearranging. By moving
furniture and adding Home Accents and Decorative items. We can help you add a
whole new look to your home.
